The January technical topic will be on the Design Parameters of Rain Water Harvesting. This meeting will be held on January 12, 2016 in Andover, MA at the Chateau; located on 131 River Road, Andover, MA 01810. The session will focus on the concept of Rain Water Harvesting and provide a more detailed discussion of the challenges associated with practice through commercial studies on installations in several different locations across the United States. The session will be presented by Mr. Eddie Van Giesen. He is the National Sales Manager and regulatory affairs advisor for Brae/Watts Rainwater Technologies. He has extensive experience in the design and installation of commercial and residential rainwater systems. He speaks regularly on the subject at national conferences, to architects, engineers, and government officials.
He was the principal author of "Georgia Rainwater Harvesting Guidelines" (GA Department of Community Affairs, 20090 and co-author of "Designing Rainwater Harvesting Systems" (Wiley & Sons, 2014)
