Main Program: Grease Abatement
This
session will focus on codes and standards, sizing, performance, and maintenance on
both interior and exterior grease interceptors. Chas Tevis, Division Manager for
Highland Tank Grease Interceptors will be presenting this technical session. He is an active member of ASPE, Water
Environmental and Technology (WEFTEC) and Plumbing Drainage Institute (PDI). He
has participated in many task groups including the Uniform Plumbing Code task
group for Fats, Oils, and Grease. He has also assisted in the development and
patent of a continuous level probes designed to measure fats, oils, and grease in
grease interceptors.
